Hi,
I'm not sure if this is what you want.  But to display the Access Control List 
(I always think of it as a fancy phrase for permissions) you can do a
   fs listacl
http://www.openafs.org/pages/doc/UserGuide/auusg007.htm#HDRWQ52

to figure out what everything is, look at

http://www.openafs.org/pages/doc/UserGuide/auusg007.htm#HDRWQ46

If that's not what you want, then I reckon this wasn't much help.
