[OpenAFS] General server upgrade

Is it necessary in AFS that the file servers be running the same 
software version?  If not, upgrading the servers to OpenAFS should be 
fairly easy.

A>   If using new fileserver hardware
             Stand up the new file servers with OpenAFS
             Move the volumes from the old to new servers
             Down the old servers
B>   If reusing old server hardware
             Move volumes from one server to other servers
             Down the first server
             Stand it back-up with OpenAFS
             Move the volumes back
             Repeat

The db servers, I don't know how to best handle them.

The keys, you should be able to just change them following the procedure 
in the "Administration Guide".
