[OpenAFS] Basic newbie question...

One thing to note - Ken's kit no longer has a patch suitable for current
releases of kerberos 5 unless he has done one recently. 

I have a subset of that patch (most of the commonly desired pieces) if
anyone wants it for the current krb5 builds.
