[OpenAFS] openafs-1.0.2 on SuperSPARC (Solaris 8 32Bit)

Ok,

I have compiled and installed several combinations of openafs_1.0.2
on 32/64bit machines and none of these combinations work for me at all. 
[ Please widen you mail window a bit, first... :-) ]

I'm compiling with Sun Compiler 6 update 1. All compiled libraries
have the same size no matter whether compiled on a 32 or 64-bit
machine:

19:59:51 sun20 /vol/gnu/bin 2 >ll /kernel/fs/afs
-rwxr-xr-x   1 root     sys       1103104 Jan 30 19:46 /kernel/fs/afs*


Chas' working library is longer:

20:01:09 sun18 ~ 70 >ll libafs.nonfs.o_working

Of course he compiled with Sun Compiler 5.0 as he mentioned before but
I don't think it makes sense for me to recompile everything again with
the 5.0 compiler...
