Hi,

I have problems with frequent cache corruption on AFS client. The system is
RedHat-7.1 running SGI's 2.4.5-SGI_XFS_1.0.1_PR3smp kernel, cache is on
xfs filesystem. I am using openafs snapshot from 2001.06.28. I have also tried
with cache on ext2 and openafs-1.0.4 with the same problem. fs flushv solves
this for a short period of time. The kernel is 2.4.5 + sgi xfs patches.
If I use official redhat kernel, accessing afs still causes processes to
consume cpu in infinite loop.

Is there any hint how to proceed?

I have also tried openafs server on UP2000 alpha linux rh-7.0 ( no client)
with krb5 authentication which is running for two weeks with no problems.

Best regards,

Andrej
