[OpenAFS] What is involved in setting up openafs server on NT?

I've read through the documentation and it seems straightforward but after =
I install it and run the server configuration wizard it gives me a library =
initialization has failed error. Are there any prerequites to installing =
openafs on nt that aren't listed in the docs? Like if service pack 6 is =
know to cause problems or some other files are needed. Thanks.
