[OpenAFS] Userland NFS-AFS translator?

This is another thing on my list of desirable projects.  Maybe someday
I'll actually write some code for it.  In the meantime, if someone else
wants to take a stab at it, let me know -- I have a few thoughts related
to rmtsys and the token-management problems.
