[OpenAFS] (can't find cell 'afsvol' in cell database)

I found the problem. I was using the RedHat 7.1 rpms for openafs and it =
didn't create symbolic links in /usr/vice/etc for /usr/afs/etc/CellServDB =
and /usr/afs/etc/ThisCell. Once I deleted the existing files and linked =
them to /usr/afs/etc the bos create command worked fine. Maybe someone =
should update the rpm to include symbolic links for /usr/afs/etc/CellServDB=
 and ThisCell to /usr/vice/etc instead of having files put there.=20

Do you have an entry for YOUR cell in the CellServDB?  Client
applications look in /usr/vice/etc/CellServDB for server information.

PS: Naming your cell 'afsvol' is, IMHO, a poor choice.  Cell-names are
generally FQDNs.  A more "appropriate" choice, by convention and
looking at your email address, would be "hillsboroughcounty.org".
