[OpenAFS] SMB AFS Gateway

I haven't been able to test ksamba yet (shortage of time and test machines);
but, I've been playing with my existing test gateway:
	Samba using PAM

Two biggest limitations of this setup I've found so far:
	The clear-text password issue
	Token renewal

In testing I've had to do the following when my token expires:
	Explicitly 'net use /delete' all connections to the gateway server
	Reconnect to the gateway
