[OpenAFS] Building a kernel module under RH7.1/Linux Kernel 2.4.2.2-2-win4lin - Can not find makefile.extradefs

Anyhow, the RedHat 6.2 links were repointed correctly when Derek provided
those RPMs, and the 7.0 and 7.1 links were not. I updated those now, and I
apologize for not doing so when those RPMs were made available.
