[OpenAFS] removing foreign cells form root.afs

Hi

We followed the Quick beginning guide and added a couple of foreign AFS 
cells to our root.afs (page 78-80). We now want to remove these without 
recreating the root.afs volume. We tried fs rmmount but that didn't work. 
Any suggestions?
