I'm setting up a cell and for some reason I can't write to my
root.cell. fs lsmount shows:
> fs lsmount /afs/.eral.ericsson.se
'/afs/.eral.ericsson.se' is a mount point for volume '%root.cell'
> fs listacl /afs/.eral.ericsson.se
Access list for /afs/.eral.ericsson.se is
Normal rights:
system:administrators rlidwka
system:anyuser rl
but still I can't write some administrator.
> bos listuser styx
SUsers are: gunnar.admin gintas.admin
and

One odd thing is that the readonly root.cell is listed as it belongs
to foreign cell.
> fs lsmount /afs/eral.ericsson.se
'/afs/eral.ericsson.se' is a mount point for volume '#eral.ericsson.se:root.cell
More generally how is catastrophic cell outages done in AFS ?
Thanks
