[OpenAFS] Install Question

Thanks.
While I can figure out where the files in root.client and root.server go, I
have no idea where the rest of them go. I know bin -> /usr/bin, but I'm
not sure where the rest go.

There is no automatic install in the build process. The full
build currently gives you a transarc-like 'DEST' tree which you
must install by hand.
