[OpenAFS] OpenAFS and Windows

I'm trying to build openAFS for Windows.

I'm using Windows 2000, Visual C++ 5.0.

I followed all the instructions for building in NT (which I believe are the same as Win2000), but I get an error of "Could not find
F:\OpenAFS\src\config\NTMakefile.version".

Did anyone manage to compile OpenAFS for Windows in Win2000, with InstallShield (I'm using the one that comes with Visual Studio 97, which is the
InstallShield 5 Free Edition)?
