[OpenAFS] prdb.DB0 Database rebuilding ?

Thanks for the info, I'll keep it preciously. For this particular incident
(last month) , I gave up and restarted with a fresh db. It wasn't that bad
because the cell was still in test state. For now I have 3 dbservers, the
evntuallity of something wicked happening to the 3 is reduced.
