[OpenAFS] AFS service problem on Win2k

We've experienced problems where klog.exe can't authenticate.  It
reports that the AFS client service may not be running.  Checking the
AFS client service in the control panel shows that the service is
running and that's it's loading automatically at boot.  After stopping
and restarting the service, klog.exe authenticates without a problem.

Has anyone experienced this problem?  It seems to be intermittent.
