Hi there,

I've installed OpenAFS on my laptop (intel celron) which
is running under Debian 2.2r3 (kernel 2.2.19). Openafs
was working properly.

After changing something wihtin .config I had to (do I
really have to?) rebuild the modules and now, I can't
build a openafs*.deb anymore. It follows my installation
procedure along with the error message:

apt-get update
apt-get install openafs-modules-source pcmcia-source
cd /usr/src
tar xzf pcmcia-cs.tar.gz
tar xzf openafs.tar.gz
cd /usr/src/kernel-source-2.2.19
make-kpkg clean
make xconfig
make-kpkg --revision balisto.06 kernel_image
make-kpkg --revision balisto.06 modules_image
        install -g root -o root -m 755
dest/root.client/usr/vice/etc/modload/*.o \
                debian/openafs-modules-2.2.19/lib/modules/2.2.19/fs
install: dest/root.client/usr/vice/etc/modload/*.o: No such file or
directory
        make[2]: *** [binary-modules] Error 1
        make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/modules/openafs'
        make[1]: *** [kdist_image] Error 2
        make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/modules/openafs'
        Module /usr/src/modules/openafs failed.
        Hit return to Continue

What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Bye

Tobias
