[OpenAFS] butc using XBSA support

I am trying to convince Tivoli to support XBSA in TSM on Linux.   With XBSA
support, butc running on Linux AFS file servers would be able to leverage
TSM backup servers as the backup device.   The TSM XBSA support is
currently available on Solaris and AIX .

Send me a note if you are interested.  I will be collecting the interests
and forward them to Tivoli XBSA developers.
