[OpenAFS] Server shutdown...

Well, AFS has a weekly restart at 6am Sunday.  So if your shutdown
messages are times at 6am Sunday, that would be that.

As for why it's not RESTARTING, um, I don't know.  It's supposed be be
a restart at 6am, not a shutdown at 6am.  The logs will say shutdown,
but the servers should be running still (as per 'bos status').
