[OpenAFS] Red Hat 6.2 & SMP support

Hi,

I tracked down the cause of the Red Hat RPMS not working on SMP
machines.  New RPMS are available from www.openafs.org.  You should
grab the "1.1.1-22.5" RPMS fron the redhat-6.2 subdirectory.  These
should load properly an most all redhat-distributed kernels.
