stoping

bos stop kerberos ptserver -localauth

checking it's stopped

bos status kerberos
bos: a pioctl failed (getting tickets)
bos: running unauthenticated
Instance ptserver, disabled, currently shutdown.
Instance vlserver, currently running normally.
Instance fs, currently running normally.
Auxiliary status is: file server running.

 /usr/lib/openafs/ptserver -rebuild

It's now running in frontground. What should I do ? stopping it and
restarting a normal (without -rebuild) instance ?
