Hopefully "default in the scripts" as opposed to "default in afsd" where
suddenly people who expected afsd to set their time would lose unless they
took action; likewise the -nosettime option would then be useless and
couldn't be removed without screwing people who were using it in scripts.

Or do you have something else in mind?
