[OpenAFS] moving root.afs and root.cell?

I wish to take the server which happens to have
to RW copy of root.afs and root.cell out of
service for a little while.

I currently have RO copies on all other servers,
as well as on this one.

Can I simply move them, as any other AFS volumes,
to one of the other servers of my choosing, or
are there any restrictions or gotchas?
