[OpenAFS] IBM DB2 7.2 on win2000 and afs client 1.2.2.b

I'd like to have experience reports on the coexistence of these two on a
win2000. We seem to have here incompatibilities. If one is already
installed and we try to install the other (whichever) the system hangs.
