[OpenAFS] Sync server

  You can define some database servers as read-only clones, which are never selected
as sync site (as of version > openafs-1.0). So set your old db servers as clones
(use square brakets in /usr/afs/etc/CellServDB) and new db server will be selected as
sync site.
