[OpenAFS] Qmail over AFS

What is qmail saying exactly?  (Is the home directory owned by the user?
AFS creates volumes with the top-level directory owned by UID 0 by
default.)

Note, btw, that delivery to a maildir requires cross-directory hard links,
which are not supported in AFS.
