[OpenAFS] Red Hat Linux beta kernel implements AFS?

The patch which adds this can be found in
http://www.dementia.org/~shadow/linux-2.4.18-afs.patch
in the interest of making it easier for people to look at it. I'm looking
now. It does appear I was wrong as far as my earlier guess.
