AW: [OpenAFS] Windows client for 1.2.6

We tested this version a bit. It seems to improve stability. We will
deploy the software in the next days to all our Windows clients.
Hopefully with the same positive results. 

I think it is a very valuable contribution to the Windows users of
OpenAFS. Thanks for this.

If you're an English speaker who needs only the Windows client, please
give 
this a try. I'd appreciate any feedback. This is a generic-installer 
version of the production client we're using at UNC Chapel Hill. Thanks.
