I finally got K5 working with OpenAFS. Now what I'd like to be able to do is
migrate the userids. So far every afs2k5db I've used either couldn't read the
kaserver db file, or when I imported the userid into the K5 db, the password
would not work. The closest I got was using K5 1.0.6 which would import the
ids but had the password problemmentioned above.
To test the rest I created a new volume, pts entry, mount pt etc. Everything
except a kas entry for a user. Then created an entry in K5, kinit'd, aklog'd
and got access to the new users volume etc. Seems to be working fine so far.
I've tried the afs2k5db that comes with openafs-krb5 as part of the OpenAFS
distrobution but I get...
./afs2k5db /usr/afs/db/kaserver.DB0 user > user.out
./afs2k5db: Key size is incompatible with encryption type during key
encryption
Any ideas?
Corey
