Not on Tru64 5.1a

Not ready on Tru64 5.1a.

I'm not sure how my last message was unclear, but the Tru61 5.1a port has
problems. They are not fixed. If you want OpenAFS, don't run Tru64 5.1a.
If you want Tru64 5.1a, don't run OpenAFS clients.
