[OpenAFS] multi homed servers

Servers will advertise all interfaces.  You can tell a server
not to advertise a particular interface, if you like.  You
cannot have a server partially advertise an interface (i.e.,
you cannot advertise it to local clients and not to the world).

If you check the mail logs you will find the key file to setting
the interface list, to control which interfaces are (not) advertised.
