[OpenAFS] Backup

You do NOT want to backup /afs directly.  If nothing else, you'll lose
your ACL information on all your directories.

I don't think you can just backup /vicepx, either.

Your best bet is to use the AFS Backup software..
An alternative is to you 'vos dump'
