[OpenAFS] Encryption in OpenAFS

Hi,

Is every bit of data transferred from AFS server to client encrypted, if I
use Kerberos? As per the AFS administrator's guide:

"The AFS server processes encrypt particularly sensitive information
before sending it back to clients."

How is it decided whether something is sensitive or not? And if entire
data is not encrypted, will it not be subject to eavesdropping?
