[OpenAFS] Problem with large data transfer (WinNT AFS, please HELP!)

Have you tried xcopy? It may work better for your need. Explorer seems to
stubbornly want to scan the whole source sub-tree before starting to copy
the first file. My experiment with using it to copy a super large tree
never went beyond the "prepare copy" stage.
Your AFS directory is not really publicly readable. I was only able to get
your cell root directory and got access denied at the platform directory.

I don't think so. There is only one such copy-test at time (but FS serves
simultaneously other request). As I mentioned before, timeout occurs during
small (typically <256k) file transfer and there are no active connections
(reader_wait) on affected client (from rxdebug listing). FS seems to have
enough network, disk and memory resources available AFAIK.

You can look at (and try to copy) our actual (publicly readable) files
(see attachment) if you can. I would be happy to provide any further info
to help you give us any help or suggestions!
Thanks again!
Best regards,
Lubos
