[OpenAFS] Improving collaboration

I'd just like to point out two things:

1. Documentation by the people who write the code always favors those who have
pre-existing knowledge of the code.  I'm not saying coders shouldn't document,
I AM saying that documents shouldn't solely be written by coders.

2.  I tried months ago to get up a spirit for working on AFS documentation,
offered to lead things up, and got not one response.  Foo on you all :-).
