[OpenAFS] can not attach to a read only volume

This message indicates that the only part of the volume left is the .vol 
file in the root of the partition. If you do a full-partition salvage 
(which will shut the fileserver down), this file will be removed and you 
should be able to re-try your release operation. Alternatively, you can 
just remove the file /vicepa/V0536870916.vol
directly
