[OpenAFS] typo in src/afsd/afs.conf.linux

There is an error (fairly recent, I think) in src/afsd/afs.conf.linux, in 
the cvs source and daily snapshots.
The line

* enabled in the AFS client.

should be

# enabled in the AFS client.

That is, the line is a comment and should begin with '#', not '*'
