[OpenAFS] have not permission to access /afs

that is strange,
add the follow line in /etc/pam.d/login
auth sufficient /lib/security/pam_afs.so try_first_pass ignore_root

when I login via telnet
it ask me password three times,
<1>in fact, I have system password just same as afs password, why try
_first_pass donot work?
<2>I would login , if I type first password for system and secound for
afs (not third for afs again)
<3>it would fail, if I just type first one and just "enter" for the
second and the third ,
<4>it would fail too, if I type three correct password
(response can not determent local cell, I guess it cause by I donot
create mount point to the cell "bamboo.com" in /afs, and I can not have
privilege to create one)

after login (case 2)
in kas, listticket , I can see two line:
User admin's tokens for krbtgt.bamboo.com [Expires Sat Jan 26 13:25:30 2002]
User admin's tokens for AuthServer.admin [Expires Fri Jan 25 17:59:09 2002]

run bos status afssvr return:
bos: no such entry (getting tickets)
bos: running unauthenticated
Instance kaserver, currently running normally.
Instance ptserver, currently running normally.
Instance vlserver, currently running normally.
Instance buserver, currently running normally.
Instance fs, currently running normally.
Auxiliary status is: file server running.
Instance upserver, currently running normally.
