I am trying to follow the installation guide but don't see any help on installing from source. It tells to use the CD to get modprobe, etc. I installed 1.2.2a from source into /usr/afs. I created directory /usr/vice. How do I proceed now? I have a 2.4 Linux kernel with Module support compiled in. Is there a howto or doc on installation from source only?
