No

No. If you're cloning volumes (and when you vos release, you do) you run
the risk of it happening. I have no idea where this school of thought came
from.

Truthfully, we don't know. No one has reported it with 1.2.5 or the
current devel head, but I believe that despite the fixes which were made
and pulled into 1.2.5 that it still exists.
