No. In this case bs=2048k count=5 works, so does count=10.
bs=4096k count=2 works and count=3 works as well.
bs=5120k count=1 works, bs=5120k count=2 fails...
bs=1024k count=1 fails, too...
Cache=10240k...
Some errors in cache flushing?
