[OpenAFS] afsd_service.exe crash (please help!!)

Hi all,
   we are trying to provide OpenAFS 1.2.2b on our three W2k servers running Citrix
MetaFrame XP. We are running AFS (both Unix and Win) for a long time now
and TS become an essential part of our distributed environment infrastructure.

Unfortunately, we discovered some repeated crashes (1 or 2 per week) of
afsd_service.exe with error message in 'lock_ObtainMutex' function (all
crashes seems to be similar - for someone interested or who can help us,
there are text versions of Dr. Watson logs available at
http://home.zcu.cz/~kejzlar/afs/w2k-ts-crash/).

We are unable to reproduce these errors 'on demand' and never discovered
similar errors on other systems.

Because of really high importance to provide AFS access for our  TS users,
ANY HELP or SUGGESTION could be really helpful for us!
