[OpenAFS] LDAPv3-HOWTO update

I've added OpenAFS notes to my LDAPv3-HOWTO. Could anyone
take a quick look at it to see that I'm not out-right lying? :)

Before anyone starts complaining and/or flame me, I know. This is
not a 'replacement' for the (Open)AFS documentation, its' not
complete and it's not ALL you need to know. It wasn't meant as
such. It's more of a 'remember to do this when setting up (again)'
(mostly for myself).

The whole document is a COMPLEMENT to the rest of all the other
documentations out there, and require quite a lot of know-how.

I also know that it have NOTHING to do with 'LDAPv3', but it (AFS)
is a good complement to this...
