[OpenAFS] Changing a volume's status

[Neulinger, Nathan]

Didn't one of the long-time afs users send something (or mention on the
list) a few months back that they had put together a couple utilities
for tweaking the volume bits to change from RW to RO, etc?

Might want to check the list archives for -info and -devel.
