[OpenAFS] BOS Server Fails to Start

I am setting up the first AFS server in a cell for some testing. I am =
using version 1.2.3  for windows and installing it on a Win 2000 pro =
workstation with a valid IP associated to a registered domain all =
pointing to this same workstation. All goes well in the Configuration =
Wizard until the end it gets to the second task which is starting the =
database. It seems to hang at the 15% and then returns the message =
"Error: timed out waiting for the AFS bosserver control service to start =
or stop (0x00004634)."
Can anyone give me a direction to go on here?=20
