[OpenAFS] RedHat7.2

I just used the openafs-kernel-source package to build module for a
Red Hat 2.4.9-31 kernel by following the directions in the README. The
module built fine, but I'm a little stumped when it comes to the line:

Then you need to add this module to your SymTable:

        /usr/vice/etc/makesymtable /usr/vice/etc/modload/libafs-XXX.o

I have no /usr/vice/etc/makesymtable and it doesn't seem to be a part of
any of the OpenAFS RPMs that I've installed on my system.

    openafs-compat-1.2.3-rh7.2.2
    openafs-devel-1.2.3-rh7.2.2
    openafs-kernel-source-1.2.3-rh7.2.2
    openafs-kernel-1.2.3-rh7.2.2
    openafs-client-1.2.3-rh7.2.2
    openafs-1.2.3-rh7.2.2
    openafs-krb5-1.2.3-rh7.2.2

I started to query a few search engines for makesymtable but have found
very little.

I must be missing something, where can I find "makesymtable"?.
