[OpenAFS] openafs-1.2.4 for macos-10.1

       I don't see that:

[zacheiss@GRAND macos-10.1]$ md5sum OpenAFS.pkg.tar
d2b66972c14e27661e7ffe9d21422a17  OpenAFS.pkg.tar

   I haven't, running the 1.2.4 binary distribution on my 500 Mhz iBook
running OS X 10.1.4.
