[OpenAFS] Help needed.

I have several OpenAFS servers installed, one of them being the Update Server.

But now, as I installed a new file server, I get the message:

/usr/afs/bin/upclient: Operation not permitted calling FetchFile
warning: could not fetch the contents of directory /usr/afs/bin
/usr/afs/bin/upclient: Operation not permitted calling FetchFile
warning: could not fetch the contents of directory /usr/afs/etc

Can anyone tell me what may be going wrong? I have the correct KeyFile, the machine is able to do everything, I just get this message.
