[OpenAFS] Documentation for Linux...

Hi, I'm new to OpenAFS. On the site openafs.org there is many 
documentation but anyone (that I saw) explain howto install OpenAFS on 
Linux using the packages (source or binary) in the download section of the 
same site. Is this true or I don't saw somewhat? Is there somebody that 
installed OpenAFS on some release of Linux Mandrake? Is better start form 
code or from rpms?
