No. Both kernels don't even contain ip filtering or routing.
Btw. i'm running the 2.4.18 kernel now, with the old OpenAFS kernel
module (from 1.2.6) and the problem is not present there.
I'll see if i can build a 2.4.19 kernel without the
preemption/lowlatency patches later on.
